So High Above
Driving through the Grand Tetons, looking out at the Snake River, I spotted this nest, sitting on top of an electric pole. The romantic in me would like to believe that those are two little eaglets, waiting for mom to come home with supper.
But in truth, there is no way for me to know, as the quality of the picture is simply not what it needs to be, to properly identify the type of bird; nevertheless, I love that those two babies are preached on a manmade structure, in the midst of such abundant natural beauty. To me, their very existence is a sign of hope!
