Jeremy Stuart Snyder
“Jeremy Stuart Snyder, 42 arrived at the gates of Heaven on Thursday, March 9, 2017.
A memorial service will be held at 1: PM on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at Rainbow Church of Christ, 2201 Rainbow Drive Gadsden, AL 35901. The family will receive friends for visitation at the church on Tuesday for a half hour prior to the service, from 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m., in the sanctuary. Bro. Blake Jones officiating, Morgan Funeral Chapel & Crematory announcing.
Jeremy was born April 19, 1974, in Warren, Ohio, the third son of Jean L (Butch) Tysinger and George D. (Yvonne) Snyder.
During his life, he had lived in Ohio, Florida, and Alabama, graduating from Southside High School in Alabama. Jeremy was an incredibly hardworking man and was known for his excellent worth ethic in construction.
He played just as hard as he worked and had a great sense of humor. Jeremy was a “give the shirt off his back” kind of guy – with a sarcastic joke said at the end. He was loved for that.
He also enjoyed motorcycle riding, golfing, woodworking and music. Jeremy’s love of music drove him to teach himself several instruments which he played in many local bands. He played bass guitar, wrote songs and had a beautiful broad-range, multiple octave singing voice. His awesome drumming talent is a source of family pride.
In addition to his parents, Jeremy leaves behind: his companion, Cathy Smith and her sons, Alec (Heather) Harris and Jake (Shaina) Harris – who referred to Jeremy as “Dad”; his grandma, Thelma Snyder; his loving brothers, Steve (Missy), Shawn (Beth) and Jesse (April); one step-sister; three step-brothers; nephews, Spencer and Timothy; nieces, Carrie and Callie; grandchildren, Grayson, Harlow, Kaitlyn and Jack; special great-nephew, Jasper; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
We all love you, Jeremy. Peace be with your soul.”

Honestly I believe in you,
Do you trust in me
Patiently I will stand by you,
I will stand beside you faithfully,
And through the years I well be a friend,
For always and forever
Call on me and I’ll be there for you
I’m a friend who always will be true
And I love you can’t you see
That I can say I love,
Honestly yes
Call on me and I’ll be there for you
I’m a friend who always will be true
And I love you can’t you see
That I love you
Honestly
I will never betray your trust in me
And I love you can’t you see
That I can say I love you
Honestly
