I will forever be drawn to the impressionist; and it seems Camille Pissarro was quite drawn to this subject, as he has various paintings depicting the making of hay.
Perhaps he too was a bit memorized by the serenity of this landscape and movement of the grass that is about to be harvested; or maybe the workers who seem quite alone, though sharing a field with other busy hands.
Art can never exist without naked beauty displaced.
