Guinea Fowl
It was the deer, in the field, which first beckoned me to pull over. He did not stay in view long.
But he led to these three guinea fowl, while driving down a back road, in southern Ohio. I think they were having a bit of lunch, pecking away at elements I could not see, when they decided to cross the road.
I lingered for a bit and enjoyed watching their interaction with each other and me; they were curious little creatures.
They too were not happy to see me, and only tolerated my presence for a bit, before taking flight.
